Have you heard about the Count Me In campaign? Did you know that your donation makes a difference in our local schools?
What is the Count Me in Campaign?
The West Linn-Wilsonville School District is requesting donations to raise money to help fund additional teaching positions and to maintain class sizes in all schools.
Additional teaching positions in schools are very important because the school district prioritizes having well educated teachers on staff and they believe that this is a benefit to the 8,400 students that make up Wilsonville and West Linn. Also, more teachers means that class sizes remain the same to ensure that each indidvidual student gets the consitency and attention that he or she needs to be a thriving student.
Also, SAT scores are the highest in Oregon! The West Linn-Wilsonville School District and 90% of all graduates go on to be successful in college. Our schools are the best in achieving academic success and we want to keep them that way!
The Green family says, “Count us in!”
